The new Governor of Anambra State, Charles Soludo, on Tuesday revealed the debt left behind by the immediate past governor of the state, Willie Obiano. Soludo while speaking on Arise TV said his predecessor left ₦300 million cash and a debt of over ₦400 billion as of December 2021. Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State has accused the All Progressives Congress-led government of bringing the economy of the country to a total collapse.
